Letter from the Administrator
As you know we are resuming visitation currently. Please see the guidelines/expectations listed below to help get the most out of your visit with your loved one.
ALL VISITATIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH SOCIAL SERVICES ONLY. Visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance during business hours. There will only be 2 people allowed to visit per visitation. Visits will be limited to 30 minutes in duration. Visits will occur in the Front Lobby Area; no room visits are allowed at this time. Visiting hours are from 10AM-12PM and 1:30-3:30PM, no exceptions. Multiple visits for the same resident will only be accommodated after all residents wishing to have visitors are accommodated. Each visitor will receive a prescreening over the phone when scheduling the visit and will be screened again upon entrance to the facility. All visitors must wear a mask (it is recommended to bring your own mask) and maintain social distancing when visiting in the facility. The person visiting will be required to notify us if you have traveled to or live in an area designated as a hot spot within the last 14 days. It is recommended coming from a hot spot state that you self-quarantine for 14 days after your arrival to Kentucky; however, if that is not possible, our facility will now require a negative COVID 19 test to be obtained within 48-72 hours of visit. Should you arrive at the facility without test confirmation, you will not be permitted to visit. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we are doing everything we can to protect you and your loved one. The facility will be reviewing hot spot areas routinely and will adjust accordingly. We ask that you answer truthfully regarding travel and failure to comply with new requirements, may require loss of any future visits. We continue to offer facetime visits and window visits so you can stay connected to your loved one.
