Jeff Weiner, Administrator

Administrator, Jeff Weiner, was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. He was a graduate of Finneytown H.S. and went on to receive his degree from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his master’s from The University of Cincinnati. He and his wife, Shelley, have been married for 31 ½ years and raised 2 daughters, Alexandra (27) and Tori (24). Jeff ‘s 2 Greyhounds (Hiro and Biggie) and Dachshund (Franny) complete his family. Franny is a frequent visitor at Woodcrest! In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and relaxing with family and friends. His “claim to fame” was his family’s business, Shor’s Dept. Store on Pike St. in Covington, where he spent many days throughout his childhood until it closed in 1981.
Jeff has a passion for Long-term Care and has worked in the field for 32 years. He is pleased to be a part of the Woodcrest team and considers it an honor and privilege to serve both our families and residents. His door is always open for questions, concerns, or just to stop by to say hi!
Emily Mullins, Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing, Emily Mullins, came to Woodcrest with lots of nursing experience under her belt. She graduated from Beckfield College with a bachelor’s degree in science of nursing. She worked for 8 years in various hospitals covering many areas from ICU, med surge, telemetry, and more. Emily joined Woodcrest as their Director of Nursing in August of 2020, all the while continuing to teach clinicals to incoming nursing students at Beckfield College. Emily has a passion for teaching and loves to see her students and staff members thrive. She shares this, “I love the staff that work here at Woodcrest. We have such an amazing team that all seem to have the same goal in mind, which is to make sure our residents feel as if they are a part of our big extended family.”
Dr. Fattal, Medical Director

Dr. Mohammad Fattal, ABFM, MD, is a dedicated and experienced physician specializing in family medicine, with a targeted focus on geriatric care. Originally from Syria, Dr. Fattal completed his medical education before moving to the United States to pursue further training. He successfully completed his Family Medicine Residency in Wheeling, West Virginia. Since 2013, Dr. Fattal has been serving as the Medical Director at Woodcrest Nursing Home, where he has been committed to providing compassionate care to the elderly population. His deep-rooted passion for geriatric medicine comes from his belief that this population deserves more medical attention and custom care to meet their unique needs. This belief drives his dedication to improving the quality of life for his patients.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Fattal is known for his commitment to lifelong learning and staying at the lead of advancements in family and geriatric medicine. He is a believer in great care and works collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure his patients receive the best possible support.
Outside his professional life, Dr. Fattal enjoys playing volleyball, swimming, travel, and most importantly connecting with others. He is fluent in Arabic and English and takes pride in creating meaningful connections with his patients and the community.
